The hotel had everything I needed and was in an ideal location for me, walking distance from Union Station and the lake shore. The rooms, although lacking a mini fridge and with old windows, were comfortable. The service was lovely with helpful staff. The location was fantastic, close to downtown attractions. The dining experience, although not communicated well at times, offered individually prepared options. The facilities were good overall.
